If you use our delivery service when purchasing new products, you may be able to have your old electrical appliances or mattress taken back.

Select the "Collect" option 'Collect in store' at checkout. Choose your preferred store and time slot. You'll receive a confirmation email with collection details, and once your order is ready, you'll be notified to pick it up with either a barcode or pin code. Ensure you have the ready-for-collection email with you or with the person collecting on your behalf.
