What is the Second Chance Corner (Tweedekanshoek)?
In the Second Chance Corner, IKEA offers products that are no longer sold as new. These may include display models, repackaged products, products from the discontinued range and products with minor damage.
The Second Chance Corner was previously called the Circular Hub and Bargain Corner.
The price, product information and reason for sale are listed for each product in the Second Chance Corner. The range and quantities may vary.
Several IKEA stores also offer products from the Second Chance Corner online. On our website, you can select an IKEA store.
Second Chance Corner terms and conditions
- You cannot book a delivery service for products from the Second Chance Corner.
- Purchases from the Second Chance Corner come with a standard two-year warranty covering functionality.
- Some products are sold assembled. You can borrow tools to disassemble these products. Ask a member of staff for more information.
- The warranty does not cover the reason why the product is sold in the Second Chance Corner. This reason is stated on the product sticker.
- If a sealed package is damaged, the yellow sticker takes precedence. The damage must be stated on the sticker.
- The 90-day exchange policy does not apply to mattresses from the Second Chance Corner.
