How do Click & Collect lockers work?

If you choose to collect your IKEA order from one of our Click & Collect lockers, we'll send you an email with the locker location and PIN code. You have 24* hours to collect your purchase from the moment they are placed in the locker.

Our lockers are accessible for your convenience. Upon receiving an email, you’ll get the locker location and PIN code. You have 24* hours to retrieve your purchase once it’s placed in the locker. If you can’t collect it within that time, don’t worry, it will be returned and you’ll receive a refund within 14 days.

Haven't received an email with PIN code?
If you haven’t received it at the beginning of your selected pick-up time window, our colleagues at the store can help you access the locker. PIN codes can only be used once.

Do you want to reschedule the pick-up date?
At the moment, it's only possible to cancel and book a new order.

 

*Note

  • Amersfoort and Delft keeps the order in the locker for 24 hours.
  • Amsterdam for 48 hours.
  • Leeuwarden lockers are only accessible until 21:00 of the same pick-up day.
