I could not collect my order on time, what do I do?

Of course something can come up. If you are running late you can ask a store colleague if your order is still there. Were you not able to collect your order the same day? We will ensure that it is canceled for you and you will receive the purchase amount back within 14 days.

Did you book a Click & Collect time slot but are running late?
Collecting your order from the Click & Collect area is still possible within the same day. Ask a store colleague if your order is still there.


Is your order in a locker or self-serve elevator?
Amersfoort and Delft will keep the order for 24 hours and Amsterdam for 48 hours. In Leeuwarden, lockers orders can only be collected within the same day until 21:00.


Will you not be able to collect it on the same day? 
After the time period, orders will be cancelled and the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days in the same way you paid. You can then book a new order online.
