Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Things can come up, we understand. That is why you can cancel the appointment via a link in the confirmation e-mail. You can schedule a new appointment with us via the confirmation email of the cancellation.
Have you not received an email confirming your scheduled appointment? First check the folders in your e-mail where unwanted e-mail or spam ends up.
Can't find the IKEA mail, but would you like to cancel your appointment? Please contact us so that we can personally pass on your request for cancellation to the store where the appointment was scheduled.
