Will I be able to replace the products in my kitchen during the complete lifetime of my kitchen?
We will offer you support to replace any items in your kitchen for the full duration of your kitchen guarantee and beyond. However, we regularly change the items on offer in our kitchen range to reflect the changing needs of our customers and current trends in kitchen design. Should we no longer carry an item that you want to replace in your kitchen, you can feel rest assured that we will fully support you to find a suitable replacement. If your cabinets are from the old FAKTUM range, you won’t be able to switch to the current door models, as they have different dimensions and are not compatible. Contact our customer service for more information.
