How can I reclaim my VAT as a customer?
For private customers IKEA works together with Vatfree.
Are you a private customer and would you like a VAT refund on your purchases? Then we would like to refer you to Vatfree.com. You can submit a request for a refund by their website.
On Vatfree.com you will find a summary of the conditions for VAT refund and a more extensive FAQ. We recommend that you read these before submitting a request.
