What can I do if my LED lights stop working?
LED lights have a very long lifespan. If a lamp with integrated LED lighting stops working, it can be either the transformer or the LED lighting itself. You can take the lamp and the proof of purchase to customer service, where you will receive further assistance.
If a separate LED lamp breaks down (i.e. a lamp that you yourself installed in a fixture), you can also take the lamp and the proof of purchase to customer service.
