What can I do if my lighting bar is not working?

Do you operate your lights with an ANSLUTA remote control? If so, try whether it helps to de-synchronize the remote control and the transformer.

  • Make sure the lights are on
  • Press the sensor button on the transformer (the light on the transformer will now be on)
  • Wait for the light to go out again, this will take several minutes.

As soon as the light on the transformer goes out, the connection to the remote control is broken.

If the lamp has an electronic dimmer, it is possible that the dimmer has turned off the transformer. You can remedy this by unplugging the transformer, waiting a few seconds, and then plugging it back in (vice versa, if necessary).
