How can I clean the door of my oven or (combi) microwave?
Sometimes dirt or moisture gets between the outer glass and the inner glass of the door. With some ovens you can clean this yourself. With microwave ovens, this is not possible for safety reasons.
Do you have condensation between the glass panels of your combi microwave? Leave the door open for 3-5 minutes after use to allow the condensation to evaporate. Does the condensation still remain or is the problem so serious that water runs out of the door? Please contact our kitchen appliance service desk.
Below you will find an instruction for ovens where the service number starts with an 8. Does the service number of the oven start with a 9? Check the maintenance manual to see if you can clean the door yourself.
Do you not know how to find the service number of your oven or do you need help with maintenance? On our website you will find a handy overview and information about our service kitchen equipment.
Do you want to remove the dirt yourself? You can find out if and how you can remove and clean the door in the manual of your appliance. You received the manual with your new device or can be found on our website under the product information of your device. You can also contact our customer service.
