Can I order extra parts or fittings?
Sometimes it can happen that you lose a small part, such as a screw or plug. It's possible to order them online and have them delivered to you for free! In addition, in our IKEA stores, with the exception of IKEA Amsterdam, Duiven and Delft, you will find a wall at the customer service desk with the most commonly used small parts that you can select and take home yourself.
Ordering spare parts
You can order small spare parts for free via our website.
Ordering more than five items? Don’t forget to confirm your order using the button in your confirmation email.
You can find the correct parts using the six-digit part number in the assembly instructions. Lost the instructions? You can find them on the product page at IKEA.nl, under 'Product information'.
The most requested parts are also available in our stores (except IKEA Amsterdam, Delft, and Duiven). You’ll find them at the self-service spare parts wall near the customer service desk; these parts are free to take.
Large parts don’t have part numbers and can’t be ordered online. If you need a large spare part, please visit customer service at an IKEA store. It may be available there.
Do you have an IKEA Family account?
Log in on our website to find spare parts for every product you’ve purchased under 'My Purchases'.
Click on a purchase and select 'Order spare parts'. Choose the quantity for each part, then order. Easy!
After you order
Small parts are usually shipped via standard mail, so tracking is not available.
We’ll deliver your spare parts to your home within 10 working days, completely free of charge!
Product no longer available?
Even if a product is no longer in our range, small parts may still be available via our website.
