What should I do when my appliance is not working?
Please check the user manual first for information on whether you can solve it yourself. Also check whether you still have guarantee on your product.
Read the User Manual
In the user manual of your appliance, you will always find a table with solutions for common problems at the back. Read this part of your manual carefully and see if you can solve the problem yourself.
Claim under guarantee
All IKEA kitchen appliances have a standard 5-year guarantee. Exceptions are LAGAN and TILLREDA which have a 2-year guarantee. Your receipt or digital proof of purchase is also your guarantee certificate, so keep it safe.
Read our guarantee conditions for built-in appliances (Dutch) to determine what information you need and then go to our kitchen appliances guarantee page to start the process.
Order outside of guarantee
You can order appliance spare parts yourself through our partner ASCI. Scroll down on our website to find the link to ASCI.
