What should I do when my appliance is not working?
Please check the user manual first for information on whether you can solve it yourself. Also check whether you still have guarantee on your product.
Read the user manual
You can find the user manual in the product page.
- Click on Product details.
- Then on the side widow, click on Assembly & Documents.
- Click on the PDF. In the section Troubleshooting you will find a table with solutions for common problems.
Solution via the service partner
If it cannot be solved by yourself, a spare part or a repair might be the solution.
- Check if the problem is covered under warranty.
- If it is within the warranty conditions, the solution is free of charge.
- If it is outside the warranty conditions, you can pay for the spare part or repair to get the problem resolved.
- Contact our service partners for kitchen appliances.
- The name & contact details can be found by entering the article number of the appliance in the online tool
- They will discuss whether a part can be ordered, a repair is possible, or an exchange is needed.
