When can I expect the installer to install my new products?

Our assembly or installation partner will contact you to inform you of the time block for assembly. You can expect this information by the end of the last working day before the planned installation date.

If you have made an appointment for one of our assembly or installation services, the appointment will be forwarded to our partner who will carry out the assembly or installation.

Our partner will contact you to provide a specific time block. You can expect this information approximately 24 hours before the start of the appointment, and at the latest by 17:00 on the working day before your appointment.
