Can I change or cancel my assembly service?
Changed your mind? That can happen! Simply cancel your order yourself on IKEA.nl.
Check whether the assembly service is carried out by Klusup or Alpha Workforce. In the case of Klusup, contact them for canceling the service. The contact details can be found in the confirmation email from Klusup.
Is the assembly service carried out by Alpha Workforce? Log in to the IKEA website and view in Purchases whether it is still possible to cancel the assembly service.
If the service cannot be canceled, or if you want to change the items, please contact contact contact us and we will be happy to help you change your order.
