What facilities do you have for people with reduced mobility?
For our visitors with reduced mobility, we also offer the following services in IKEA stores:
- Wheelchair loans: we offer this service in all our IKEA stores to enable customers with reduced mobility to move around our premises. You can request this service at the Customer Service desks located at the entrance of our stores.
- Parking spaces: we have parking spaces for people with reduced mobility next to the entrance of our stores.
