I am a consumer, how does IKEA Home work?

IKEA Home connects professionals with homes in need of their services. With this app, you can book 30 different services in various categories such as painting, carpentry, electrical, flooring, aluminium and PVC joinery. Little by little, we will gradually add new services

To enjoy this application, follow these steps:

  1. Download the application according to the mobile device you have:
    1. Download the iPhone version here.
      Download the Android version here.
  2. If you are an IKEA FAMILY customer, log in with your username and password. If you have not yet registered, you can also register in the app.
  3. Choose the service and fill in the questionnaire to find what you need.
  4. Professionals review the questionnaire and prepare a quote. In the application, you can see a list of available providers, consult their profile and even talk to them if you want. To see the quote, just open the chat.
  5. Once you have accepted the quotation, agree the date of the appointment with the professional, as well as the duration of the service, the fee, etc.
  6. Pay for the service. The money will be held on the payment platform and you will be able to see where it is at all times.
  7. When you and the professional confirm that the service has been performed correctly, you will be paid.
  8. Once validated, payment will be issued to the professional.
