I lost something in the store, how do I get it back?
Have you lost something in one of our stores? We want to help you get it back.
All items we find are logged on the iLost* website. You can search for a lost item at IKEA with this tool.
Please note that we keep the items we find for 30 days**.
*By registering on their website you agree to their Privacy Policy and iLost will be responsible for your data. You can also go to your local store to locate a lost item without registering by contacting the Customer Service desk.
** IKEA is not responsible for any loss or damage to lost items. IKEA may hold lost items for a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date the item was lost. After this period, IKEA will dispose of the items and cannot be reclaimed and is not responsible for the safekeeping or delivery of the items.
