Where can I find my order number?
If your order number is playing hide and seek, here are some tips on how to find it
Finding your order number is easy! If you have made an online purchase, look for the confirmation email. Check your "junk mail" / "Spam" folder. If you made an in-store purchase, locate the order form you were given to pay at checkout. Also on your invoice or purchase receipt you can find it as "Isell Number" or "ISOM Number" and if your order has been delivered you can find it on the delivery note left by our transport partners.
We want you to know the status of your order, so you will receive confirmation e-mails at each stage of your order from its preparation in the store to its delivery. The same day of delivery you will receive a notification informing you of the time slot, so we will be in contact with you and you will be able to see where your order is at all times.
You can find more information in Your order.
Note: if you need to contact us by phone, chat or RRSS, either to consult or to make a change to your order, we inform you that for data protection reasons, this can only be done by the owner.
