Can I check the status of my order?

Of course! On our website you can check the updated information of your delivery.

Manage and track your order quickly and easily. You only have to enter your order number and the associated email or phone number to find out the status of your order.  

If your order is a parcel and has been delivered to the supplier (SEUR, ENVIALIA, CORREOS), in addition to the tracking on our website, you can also view its status in real time directly through its page. 

To do this, just click on "Order tracking" that you will find in the last email received and then select the option "Find more information about your order in..." in this way you will access directly to the locator. 

If you wish to modify your order you can do it easily from their website using the same link. 

We want you to know the status of your order, so you will receive confirmation emails at each stage from preparation to delivery. The same day of delivery you will receive a notification informing you of the time slot, so we will be in contact with you and you can see at all times where your order is. 

Note: if you need to contact us by phone, chat or Social Networks, either to consult or to make a change to your order, we inform you that for data protection reasons, this can only be done by the owner.
