1. The organiser of the competition is IKEA AG, Müslistrasse 16, 8957 Spreitenbach, Switzerland (“IKEA”).
2. The competition will take place at IKEA stores, at Plan and Order Points and online from 7.9. to 27.9.2026. 
3. The competition is open to all IKEA Family members in Switzerland aged 18 or over.
4. To take part in the competition, members will need to successfully complete the quiz (several attempts are allowed) and log in or register for an IKEA Family membership. For the prize draw, you will need to log in to your IKEA Family profile or register using a valid e-mail address. You can update your profile at any time at IKEA.ch/profile.
5. After the competition has ended, all participants will be entered into a prize draw to win 10 IKEA gift cards worth CHF 1’000.-. This corresponds to a total value of CHF 10,000. A maximum of one prize is permitted per IKEA Family member. The winners will be selected in a closed draw on 28.9.2026 and will be notified by post within two weeks. To receive notification, a valid address must be saved in the IKEA Family profile. 
6. The winner of the tickets will be selected by prize draw on 15 July 2026 and notified by 16 July 2026 exclusively via the email address provided in their IKEA Family profile. The prize will be forfeited if the winner does not reply to the email from IKEA by 17 July 2026. In this case, IKEA reserves the right to select a new winner. The prize is non-transferable. 
7. By entering the competition, the participants agree to IKEA processing their personal data for the purposes of the competition. Participants also agree that IKEA and third-party service suppliers may contact them by email once the competition has ended and provide them with further important information about their prize. 8. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition. The organiser’s decision is final. There will be no recourse to the law. There will be no cash alternative for prizes. The prizes cannot be returned or exchanged.
9. This competition is subject exclusively to Swiss substantive law. The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of IKEA AG (Spreitenbach AG).
10. By taking part in the competition, participants agree to these conditions of participation.

1. IKEA AG (hereinafter referred to as "IKEA") collects, processes, and uses the personal data provided by the participant (hereinafter referred to as "data") in relation to your participation in the IKEA Family competition.  
2. Information we collect:
   1. Personal Information: When you register for our IKEA Family competition, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, contact number, and any other information you provide voluntarily.
   2. Transaction Information: We collect information about your IKEA Family competition entries, including the prizes you have won. 
3. We use the information we collect to operate the IKEA Family competition, manage your account, and communicate with you by post about your participation. Communication via post will be limited to matters related to the IKEA Family competition and may be used to notify you if you win a prize. We may use aggregated and anonymized data for statistical analysis and improving our services. 
4. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our IKEA Family competition and providing services to you. Your information may be shared with legal authorities or other third parties when required by law or to protect our rights and interests. 
5. The Participant may (i) request information from IKEA as to whether and which data IKEA has stored and receive copies of this data, (ii) request the correction, supplementation or deletion of his/her data that is incorrect or is not processed in accordance with the law, (iii) request IKEA to restrict the processing of his/her data, (iv) under certain circumstances object to the processing of his/her data, (v) request data that he/she has given to IKEA in a transferable format and (vi) lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
