Receipt-free exchanges
If you have registered your IKEA Family Club membership card at the IKEA store or logged into your profile on IKEA.ch, you can view your purchases from the last 3 years in your IKEA Family profile online and exchange them without a receipt. The current return policy applies.

Are you a dreamer or a doer? Well, now you can be both. With Learn with IKEA, we share our home furnishing knowledge, know-how and skills to help and inspire you turn your dreams into reality. As an IKEA Family Club member, you have free access to a large library of workshops and events.

Surprises in store. We celebrate your birthday every year by sending you a gift. Simply register your dates of birth and an e-mail address, then sit back in anticipation.
Free Oops-assurance. If you break it, we replace it.
Things don’t always go to plan. When they don’t, it’s nice to know that you as an IKEA Family Club member are in safe hands. When you swipe your card at the checkout you receive a 14 day Oops-assurance. If something breaks during transport or while you assemble your IKEA furniture, we’ll exchange it for free. No questions asked.
