What are the delivery times for parcel deliveries?

Parcel deliveries are delivered within approx. 3 - 10 days.

Good to know:

  • Parcel deliveries don't have a fixed delivery date 
  • It could happen that your parcel order will be split into several parcels and not everything will be delivered at the same time.
  • You'll receive further information when the order is handed over to the delivery partner.
  • He or she will inform you of the actual delivery date by e-mail/SMS.

Can I postpone an agreed delivery date for parcels?

You can't change your delivery date for a parcel delivery. 

Any change of the delivery date made less than 24 hours before delivery may result in additional charges.

If you need to reschedule your truck delivery, you can do this yourself in your profile within the order history.
