You can buy and redeem them online or in one of our IKEA stores in Switzerland. If so, the card is immediately loaded. You can also buy it from one of our partners. In that case, it can take up to 48 hours for the card to be loaded.

The IKEA gift card is simply the best gift for anyone who likes high-quality products with a chic Swedish design. Gift cards exist both as physical or digital cards and can be used in all our IKEA stores, Plan and Order Points and online.

Please note: There is no longer a limit to the number of cards that can be redeemed at the same time. You'll need a PIN code or QR code to redeem your gift card online. You can find the PIN code on the back. Gift cards without a PIN code may only be used in the store.

After each purchase in the store, you will see your remaining credit and the remaining term on the receipt. You can also check the balance of your IKEA gift card at any time. Check it online.

a. Gift card not arrived, not working or with wrong amount
