The IKEA gift card can be redeemed in all IKEA stores. Please note: There is no longer a limit to the number of cards that can be redeemed at the same time.
What is the IKEA gift card?
The IKEA gift card is simply the best gift for anyone who likes high-quality products with a chic Swedish design.
You'll need a PIN code or QR code to redeem your gift card online. You can find the PIN code on the back. Gift cards without a PIN code may only be used in the store.
It is also possible to combine a gift card payment with a credit card payment.
Validity:
The IKEA Gift Card is valid for 10 years (if the card does not have an expiry date) and is transferable. The physical IKEA Gift card is also reloadable.
IKEA Gift Cards are valid in all IKEA stores in Switzerland (including online) and in the following IKEA stores around the world:
Australia, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Spain*, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia.
*Except for the stores in Mallorca, Menorca, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and Tenerife
The amount of your purchase will be deducted from your gift card based on the current exchange rate change.

After each purchase in the store, you will see your remaining credit and the remaining term on the receipt. You can also check the balance of your IKEA gift card at any time. Check it online.

Problems with an IKEA gift card:

If you bought your gift card online or in an IKEA store, please contact IKEA directly. You can reach us at +41 58 515 03 86. If you bought the gift card from another provider, please contact the place where you bought the card (e.g. post office, wish card, kiosk, etc.).

If you've lost your IKEA gift card, or someone else has used it without your permission, unfortunately we can't block or replace the card.
IKEA gift cards are not personalized and for this reason we treat them as cash.
