Why can't I save my kitchen design?
Make sure you’re logged into your IKEA Family profile or create one — this way, saving your kitchen plan is quick and simple
At the top right of the kitchen planner, you will find the option to save your kitchen planning. If you are logged into your IKEA Family profile, a pop-up window will appear where you can give your kitchen planning a name when you click on ‘Save’. If you are not logged in, you will be redirected to a page where you can log in or become a member. Please note that only IKEA Family members can save their kitchen plans.
If you continue to have problems saving your design, please contact IKEA.
