What can I do if I have left paid goods in the IKEA store or at the checkout?
Goods that are paid, unclaimed, handed over and found will be put on a list at our customer service and will be returned to the warehouse at the end of the day for reasons of space.
Please get in touch with the customer service desk at the IKEA store, having your receipt handy. If your paid product is found, we will refund your money. To check whether your product has been found and returned, please contact us. Click on the following contact site of the swiss customer service.
