Why should I choose Click & Collect?
Choose Click & Collect service if delivery to your home is not available or you wish to collect your order flexible at your convenience either at an IKEA pick-up point, from an IKEA locker or at external pick-up points (fix or mobile) near you.
Here are the benefits of the Click & Collect service considering:
- Costs: Collection at IKEA (Click & Collect in the IKEA store or pick-up lockers at an IKEA store) is free of charge. Collection at another location (external pick-up points or external pick-up lockers) is subject to a fee, as this covers the costs for preparation and delivery to the location. Both options are at a lower price for IKEA Family members.
- Timing: Preparing your order for collection is of course faster than a delivery. Select your preferred time slot at checkout and simply pick up your goods whenever it suits you best! Collect boxes are available 24/7, except in Vernier (Geneva).
- Size: It's suitable for most goods that are in stock of the store of your choice. Be aware that some products might not be available for collection due to package size or logistics. The Click & Collect option will simply not be shown during checkout.
