How can I place a complaint about a delivery or a assembly service I received from an IKEA partner?

If something didn’t go quite as expected during your delivery or assembly by one of our service partner, IKEA is here to help.

Has your property been damaged, or are you not happy with how your products were assembled?
Please report any issue with delivery or assembly directly to the service partner on site and make sure to make photos and that it's noted on the delivery or handover documents.
If it can’t be resolved directly with the service partner, please let IKEA know immediately - and no later than within 7 days. Contact us or a Customer service in a store - we’ll look into it and do our best to make things right as quickly as possible.
