How can I get a valid VAT invoice?
For your online purchases you will automatically get a VAT invoice. For purchases made in our stores, you can create your own invoice online.
VAT invoices can only be created when your purchase is fully completed. The receipt, the delivery note or the delivery confirmation from the online shop are valid proofs for your purchase.
For purchases made in our store you can create your own VAT invoice here.
If you own a diplomatic status, you can't create your VAT invoice by yourself with this link. In this case, please contact our customer service in our store and you will be refunded the VAT via gift card. Please make sure to provide a proof for your diplomatic status.
