Where can I find my code for the collection box?
Go to the IKEA website under "Track & Manage my order" and enter your order number, email or phone number.
If you didn't receive the PIN code for the collection box with your order by SMS or email, you can find it directly in your order. Open your order under "Track & Manage my order" via IKEA website. In the first line of the opened order you will see a window with the PIN code in it.
If you cannot find a code by the pickup date, please contact us or customer service at the store.

To use this service, simply add your wished products to your cart online and select the collection point of your choice (IKEA pick-up point, IKEA locker, external pick-up point or external locker). You select a collection time window during checkout. Once paid, you can no longer make any change to this order. You get notified as soon as the goods are ready for pick-up. Please have your order confirmation and ID ready with you.
