How can I reserve articles?
We're happy to reserve items that are stored in our warehouse, up to 3 days, except in Vernier.
As long as your favorite product is stored in the warehouse, we'll be happy to reserve it for you for up to three days. You can request this service per phone.
You can contact us here IKEA Customer service.
However, the items that are available for you to choose from in the market or in the self-service cannot be reserved.
We therefore suggest that you check the stock of an item online just before your visit to our store. As long as there are at least 5 of them in stock, we suggest you place a Click & Collect order. You can find more information about this here: Click&Collect.
Since the 1st of March it is possible to reserve on our homepage for 48h the items that are on the Second chance market website. They still cannot be delivered, or booked in a Click&Collect order.
