Some regions are closed to trucks or even car-free areas. For those places, the delivery costs include the delivery to the last point accessible by truck.
Deliveries from a valley station to a car-free village for example, are additional and at your own expense. You also have to inform the railway company about the delivery date and time so that they can be informed in advance.
In those cases, or if your postal code is not recognized online, please contact us to arrange your delivery.
A product transfer between stores or between countries isn't possible either.
