Which items and services are available at the external pick-up points?
The Pick-Up Points are pick-up stations only, so no other services are available. All items that are available can be delivered to a pick-up point.
It is not possible to purchase products or services at the pick-up points. For the same reasons, products cannot be returned there. If you need any of these services, please contact us directly or visit an IKEA store.

IKEA offers different delivery options (per parcel, per truck to curbside or in a room of your choice) and different Click & Collect options (at IKEA pick-up point, IKEA locker or an external pick-up point). During the online ordering process or when ordering in an IKEA store, available delivery options will be offered including the estimated delivery time and the exact prices.
