Parking

Family and accessible parking is available for our customers. Family parking can be found in the lot next to the entrance. Accessible parking can be found directly across from the store entrance.

Green parking: Reserved parking spaces near the front entrance for customers driving hybrid or fuel efficient vehicles (cars that use less than 6.5L of gas per 100km).

Electric vehicles (EV)

EV charging and parking is available in front of the exit area. A credit card is required to activate EV charging stations, charging is free and is available during store hours.

Bicycle parking

Located near the front entrance for customers who have traveled to our store via bicycle.

Transit

Easy access from Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. Access via Toronto Transit Commission, Brampton Transit, and York Regional transit. TTC Line 1, Züm 501 Queen, Viva Orange, Viva 77 Highway 7, Viva 20 Jane, Viva 26 Maple, and Viva 10 Woodbridge.

• A children’s menu in the Swedish Restaurant
• Unsupervised play areas for children to enjoy throughout the store
• Småland: A fun and safe playroom for children to play while parents or guardians shop (not available at IKEA Toronto Downtown or IKEA Scarborough Town Centre)

Free Wi-Fi

You can connect to the internet using your laptop or mobile device quickly and easily. While visiting our stores you can now enhance your in-store experience by downloading the IKEA app.

Accessibility

We are committed to improving access and opportunity for individuals with disabilities by identifying, removing, and preventing barriers that may interfere with their ability to make full use of our facilities. We offer wheelchairs and electric scooters for customer use when needed. 

Here’s how you do it:

Step 1: Choose ‘Click and collect’ at checkout and you will be able to select an IKEA Store or a nearby Pick-up location, operated by a third-party partner.

Step 2: Wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the store.

Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email and proceed to your selected store or Pick-up location. Pick-up processes may vary from location to location. Further direction will be communicated upon arrival.

Don’t worry about lugging furniture – there is no stock at our Plan and order point because we conveniently deliver all goods directly to your home or a nearby pick-up location.

Are you missing bolts, pegs, or other hardware parts to assemble IKEA products? Request free replacement parts online and they will be delivered to your home or business at no cost via Canada Post within 7 business days.
