IKEA Ottawa Curbside Click & Collect

Before visiting the store, please check your Click & Collect pick-up date and timeframe, and please adhere to your selected time.

Step 1

Follow the Click & Collect parking lot signs to the Greeter station in the covered parking area. Enter the covered parking via the Entrance by Scotiabank.

Step 2

Proceed to a designated parking spot in covered parking area C and park your vehicle. Text your 9-digit order number and parking spot number (example C12) to the Click & Collect phone number as seen on the parking spot sign.

Step 3

Please wait in your vehicle, we will bring your Click & Collect order to you.

*Overheight vehicles may park in the uncovered parking area as noted with the * in the image above (across from Scotiabank).
