Hot chocolate & whipped cream

Surprise family and friends with a delicious hot chocolate treat! For a fika, a luxurious breakfast, a warming winter dessert, or a new tradition the night before Christmas.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

Hot chocolate & whipped cream

  • 1 l milk
  • 100 g CHOKLAD MÖRK dark chocolate tablet
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 200 ml whipping cream

Step by step

  1. Whip the cream until soft and fluffy and put it in the fridge.
  2. Coarsely chop the chocolate. Put some of it aside for the topping.
  3. Heat the milk at a low temperature in a saucepan, but don’t let it boil.
  4. When the milk is hot, remove the pan from the heat, mix the chocolate shavings into the milk, and let the chocolate melt while stirring. Mix in the honey. Taste and add more if you think it is needed.
  5. When you are happy with the taste, fill your favourite cups with the chocolate drink and top with cream and chocolate shavings. Enjoy!
