Gingerbread & lingonberry jam cheesecake
This easy-to-make winter dessert with typically Swedish Christmas flavours is perfect for the festive season, and it only takes 10 minutes to whip up.

Ingredients:
Gingerbread & lingonberry jam cheesecake
- 4 tbsp SYLT LINGON lingonberry jam
- 16 KAFFEREP ginger thins with almonds
- 200 ml cream
- 200 g cream cheese
- 2 1/2 tbsp icing sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp water
Topping
- 100 ml lingonberries (or berries of your choice)
Step by step
- Whip cream, cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla sugar andwater until fluffy. Add a little lemon juice or water if the mix is too thick.
- Crush the ginger thins into biscuit crumbs.
- Layer jam, biscuit crumbs and cream cheese fluff in beautiful glasses.
- Top with lingonberries or other berries that go well with ginger thins.
