A smart and simple storage that swallows up the children's toys and soft toy animals – and makes it easy to tidy up in a flash, especially if you do it together.

The top of the frame make the storage simple to carry and move to another room. After all, children want to be where you are.

If you want to create a calm impression, you can place the storage in a corner with the covered sides facing outwards.

The round holes in two of the sides make it easy to tuck away and quickly reach the favourite things, while the mesh fabric prevents them from falling out.

It is easy to see the contents through the mesh fabric.

The pocket on the outer side is perfect for small treasures or drawings

Sturdy and safe storage with rounded corners, and without sharp edges.

The fabric is made of polyester, of which at least 90% is recycled – a durable material which is tested, approved and free from harmful substances and additives.

The mesh fabric can be removed and washed.

Borderline impossible to put togetherMarkI pride myself on being able to build IKEA furniture. I've built bed frames, dressers, drawers, kitchen shelving... I have never given up on a build -- until now. It's like the holes in the rods are drilled in the wrong places. The X-connectors simply don't line up. After 2 hours, I'm throwing in the towel.1
Living room is back to tidy once againZoricaI purchased this for my 2 large, rambunctious dogs and am so glad I did. They love having the different holes to poke their faces in to find just the right toy, and I love that I am no longer tripping over their toys. One of the dogs has already learned how to put a toy back when she's done with it.... now to teach her brother to do the same. As an added bonus the colour fits perfectly in the living room and requires very little space, and the shape of it makes it possible for me to tuck it off to the side or in a corner, whatever. Horrible assemblyTerriThe product itself is great, another place for my cat to hide. But my gosh, the assembly of this $20 product was an absolute nightmare. It took my husband and I over an hour to put it together. We could used at least 2 more hands. I thought it would be so easy to put together - we’ve put many IKEA products together over the years. The holes didn’t line up for the screws. Most of the screws were stripped. We almost tossed it out at the hour point and forfeited the $20. 2

Cost to self-esteem not included in the sticker priceAllisonThe product works as expected and quite well for the intended purpose (toy storage) but make no mistake, this is bar-none the worst experience I have ever had in assembling an IKEA product, and almost all of my furniture is IKEA. I would honestly suggest a revision on how that middle cross-bar is installed because it is exceedingly difficult to align on both sides as-is; you're almost better off ignoring the instructions and tightening the screws diagonally first in order to keep the U-bars stable. Bear in mind as well that it needs to be rotated a certain way in order to snap into the screws, and there are no markings or other indications anywhere to assist you with this; I spent probably an hour alone just pulling the thing in and out of the fabric trying to get it rotated properly. This is definitely a two-person job, be that you and a supportive friend or you and a therapist.4
Great for cats!AnonymousWe got this as a little house for our 2 cats, and they love it. Assembling it was a bit tricky, but if you read the instructions carefully it shouldn't be much of a problem. It only came with two flat inserts for the top 2 tiers, which I already knew from observation at the showroom. A third one for the bottom would've been great. If it matters that much, though, You can just cut a piece of cardboard and put it there. Overall a great product for cats, children, and adults!5
Excellent valueIsabelFirstly this thing is a pain to assemble unless you are an octopus with 8 free arms. Don’t make the same mistake I did of trying to assemble it with an eager toddler who wielded the extra steel sticks as swords. Everything is a very tight fit and you need to tighten screws as you go (not stated in instructions) or the thing will collapse multiple times. Once assembled it is very sturdy, build materials are excellent. The flaps that hide the coroplast are a quality detail and there is an extra pocket on the outside as a bonus. It holds a ton of stuffed animals and the toddler enjoys putting them away in here. He is small enough to crawl through the bottom but worst case scenario he’ll get a little bruised from the hidden cross braces underneath. This item is a steal at $20.5
Absolute DisasterScottThis is a terrible product. We have never had any issue with assembling any IKEA product, but this was so impossible to set up (brace and poles didn't line up; zero "give"; bottom piece prevented using our screwdriver at a proper angle), that we gave up and threw the whole kit-and-caboodle in the trunk of our car. If they don't issue a refund without any questions asked, we'll be done with IKEA altogether -- as clearly their design philosophy has shifted. Perhaps ease of assembly and ingenuity aren't valued at IKEA any more.1
Storage small doesn't take much space I use it for bath towels MariaI bought in the section of the store where everything is discounted I didn't realize that there was a flat piece missing in the bottom till I brought it home but no worries I was still able to use to put bath towels of different sizes so it is useful to me 4

Packs a lotTimothy LoganWhen putting it together....unlike many other Ikea products, you need to read the instructions first, and a reminder of basic physics. It is packs a ton of stuffies and the kids love it. It actually makes it easier for them to clean their room 5

More playful storage

With TIGERFINK, we wanted to create smart and simple storage that can swallow the children’s stuffed animals and toys. So, they can find their favourite things fast and easily – and stow everything away when it is time to call it a night and go to bed. But TIGERFINK became more than that.

Storage. A small word that means a lot in most homes – and for us at Children’s IKEA. “We have many good storage solutions in the range,” says designer Johanna Jelinek. “But we saw a need to add something lighter and more flexible.”

Storage that moves with the play

Already from the start, Johanna and her colleagues thought about using textiles. “We wanted to move away from the most common types of storage, like hard boxes, and create something that’s easy to bring between different rooms. You can take off the mesh fabric and wash it, and it feels soft and nice.” The round holes on the sides make it easy to reach your favourite toys. And if you put TIGERFINK in a corner, with the covered sides facing the room, you can hardly see what is inside. “I think many parents can agree it’s nice to not have to see all the toys all the time.”

A bed for soft friends

When TIGERFINK had passed the safety tests, the team invited a group of children to Kid’s Lab to make sure it worked the way they had imagined. “Children are amazing; they immediately put in and picked out toys from TIGERFINK and began playing on the flat surface on the top. Just like we had hoped.” But new ideas came up as well, things that Johanna and her colleagues had not thought of. ” One boy used the three different storage levels as a bunk bed for the soft toys. And that’s of course also a way to use TIGERFINK.”
