Terrible - UncomfortableMadisonHave owned this chair for over a year now. It's in my office where I do my schoolwork, so it's only used about 3 times a week. It's the most uncomfortable office chair you can buy, I think a wooden stool would be comfier. There is no back support, so I've put one of my own pillows inside the casing... even that didn't help. I can even feel the metal structure of the seat of the chair when I sit on it, and my upper back aches when I sit on this chair for longer than an hour. Poor structure, poor design. I wouldn't get it again if they were giving them out for free. I'm an IKEA fanatic, but don't waste your money on this item. 1

Wheels don't turnSalmaIt's a decent quality chair but the wheels don't turn at all - it's like you're dragging the chair around the room instead of rolling it. It damages our floors a bit. It seems that the chair we got was defected, but I could be wrong. I hoped the wheels would actually work instead of making moving the chair difficult.4
