Castors automatically lock so you can't move chairJeremyThe chair is a good size, attractive, and probably durable and of decent quality. Why would you make a chair with roller castors that won't roll though? Your safety engineers have ruined what would have been a fine chair. I can't pull it to me with one hand, the locked castors are marking and scratching my floor, mostly it is annoying me greatly. I am pretty sure that floors are level in Sweden too, what was the hazard here? How can a chair runaway on a flat floor?
