    The perfect chair!AminHighest quality chair we ever used, top grain leather, lots of cushioning, adjustable professionally made lumbar support, restricts wheel movement without locking when not sitting which causes no problem despite other reviews. So worth it, definitely recommend.5

    Poor reclining tensionJeffIt's very high quality with one exception. It's supposed to have automatically adjusting reclining tension based on your body weight, but the tension is far too low and it will give me an ab workout if I choose to keep this chair. I will give it some time to try to get used to it, but the combination of the weirdly loose reclining tension with the low back seems like a recipe for body pain.3
    OverpricedMeghanIs this a nice chair? Yes. It looks really nice and it’s comfortable to sit in, but for the price it should have more standard office chair features such as adjusting the resistance for the tilt, and being able to lock it without being fully upright. The locking wheels are annoying too, but there are already plenty of reviews mentioning that. This would be disappointing at half the price, but it feels particularly egregious for a chair that’s so expensive2
    Wheels Lock :(BryceOtherwise an ok chair but the wheels lock when you're not sitting in it. Its a really narrow minded from a usage standpoint when you want to push your chair in after you're done using it. Unfortunate design. Regretting our purchase.1
    Hate the locking mechanism!CynthiaThis is a GREAT chair. I love the colour, the size, the look, AND it's really comfortable and was very easy to assemble. But why, oh why, did IKEA decide to put a locking mechanism on the wheels??? I don't want my chair to be where I left it - I want to push it under the desk in my small home office when I finish work. This is a really dumb idea. If it weren't for this stupid feature, I'd have given the chair 5 stars.4

    Locking mechanism is terrible SoheilNice and sturdy chair. However, the locking mechanism, provided as a safety measure is ridiculously inconvenient. You can’t move/roll the chair when not sitting in it. I had to buy replacement casters from Amazon to replace them. Otherwise, good and comfortable chair. The leather feels nice. Did anybody ask for this locking safety measure?4
    Comfortable and stylish, but noisy!!LisaI've had this chair for over a year now and it has held up well. It is a very comfortable and stylish chair but my one complaint is that it is incredibly noisy. Something in the hinge where it reclines back creates a loud squeaking noise every time I shift in my chair even the slightest bit. WD-40 didn't fix it. I can't figure out how to get rid of the squeaking - it is super distracting during work calls. Other than that, the chair is awesome. 4

    Dent in the seat and very loudAnonymous reviewerI purchased this chair about 8 months ago. It makes a lot of noise, which I have not been able to fix. And now there is a dent on the seat on the front right side as if the material inside is permanently squashed. I was also told that the warranty may not cover this but the final decision is made by the store. I now have to bring it back, fully built with a chance that they won't do anything. Also it is not comfortable. I thought it would be much better since they emphasize its ergonomic qualities. All in all very disappointing, especially considering the price!1
