Not very durableBentonLiked this chair at first but after a month of regular use one of the arms broke (thankfully I wasn’t leaning back or I’d have ended up on the floor!) If you get it, I strongly recommend against leaning back, or it’ll stress the plastic of the arms
Back & Legs AcheJulieThis used to be a great chair, but now the seat leans forward, and there is no way to adjust it. After sitting for more than 15 minutes, my legs and back start to ache. The seat is not as padded as it used to be, either. I would not recommend it.
Overly hard seatSamsonSeat on the chair is a bit too hard for my preference, especially for sitting longer duration. If you plan on using the chair for long periods at a time, I highly recommend going for something else.
Good chair, difficult set-up (especially for smaller adults)ElliotTried the chair in store and liked it. Well-made, especially relative to other chairs at this price point. Good amount of cushioning, so shouldn't wear thin too quickly. Once set-up, it is very comfortable.
Set-up is straight-forward in term of method and instructions, but it is very difficult to do the initial adjustments for the angle of the chair back. The top of the back panel likes to sit too far forward, and it takes a bit of strength to adjust to the right positioning. If you are on the smaller side, you may need to ask a friend for help. You also need sufficient weight on the chair base to adjust the angle of the chair base after assembly.
