Amazing chair!AliceAfter having a sore body (bad back, bum, legs), I was desperate and only wanted a chair I could rest in person, and decided to go with the cheapest. I tested this chair numerous times in store and it was better than ergonomic choices. I was surprised this has been great! My only issue is that I wheel away backwards and use a footstool (I’m 5’3”) and the wheels might have discoloured the wood floor.
Previously, after extensive research, I bought a $450+ ergonomic chair at another store that hurt my thighs within an hour, so I returned it. With my body falling a apart, I ended up with this amazing IKEA chair.
Decent but could be improvedSuzanneDecent in terms of price and comfort (although not tested for long periods of time yet) but frustrating that it can't be easily moved/rolled without sitting in it. Also wish the seat padding was thicker.
Nice chair but not comfortableAnonymous reviewerThe firmness and frame are good, and the price is right, but the firmness combined with the shape of the seat (which is not exactly concave, maybe even a bit flat) puts to much pressure on the seat, making it uncomfortable.

A simple chair with a lot of great features!BethEasy assembly, comfortable for me. Shipping was hard on the packaging...the box was split open along one side and the end. Thankfully there was no damaging other than a skuff on the seat and on the metal rim. I can live with that.
Looks nice, very uncomfortablePatriciaThis chair looks nice and doesn't take up much room, which is why I thought it would be ideal for my small home office. However after four months of use I'm looking to get a different, more ergonomic chair because this one is so uncomfortable. It might be okay for short periods, but not for prolonged use. My back has not been right since I got it!
