Major issues and disappointment.Marie-HélèneUnfortunately this was a dud. Two out of the three metal hooks sheared off before in properly. One screw got stripped before being completely in. The other one sheared right off while I was trying to screw it in. That's too bad because this was the perfect keyholder shelf for me. The wood is very hard. It seems the premade holes are not wide or deep enough. Also appears the Allen key and/or the screws are not hard enough. Very disappointed but should have read the other reviews first. I'm not the only one who had a problem with this item. 1
looks great, but drilled my own pilot holes Anonymous reviewerTried to get one hook screw in and it was very difficult. Feared it would snap like other reviews stated, so I took it out, drilled slightly larger holes (3/32), and they all went in fine. No big deal since I have the tools, but otherwise I would have left the hook screws off. 4

Does not go together properlyEmmaFor whatever reason, the screws on the back won’t go in all the way. When I tried to take them out, one had stripped so couldn’t come out, and the other got stuck on the tool? Also doesn’t come with the screws to actually hang it on the wall.1
