The problem with this productKaijaThe problem with this product ended up being that the kick plate was not easily installable. We have left the bottom open as a result but it wasn’t clear to us or our installers how we were meant to install it.2
Love the product but too costly to installSusanI got 2 quotes from external contractors to install this product in my tiny 9’ x 9’ kitchen thinking it was going to be an economical solution & I loved the look of the product! Was super excited! Then I found out after the product was delivered that Ikea does not have anyone to install it Product cost was $1600 Both external install quotes I got were each $5000 So I returned the product as it ballooned to be outrageously expensive3

Pretty good for the priceSylviaWorks really well for the price. My only issue is IKEA doesn't sell counter tops for any of these cabinets individually. I now have a brand new cabinet with an old top awkwardly shimmed and screwed onto the top of it because I have no other option. Plus I had to buy the legs in a separate shipment. Quite inconvenient.4
Good alternativeBrianRenovating our kitchen while keeping costs low was becoming a challenge. We had a kitchen design using the "Sektion" system and the cost was rising. I re-designed the kitchen with the "Enhet" system and we saved 25-30%. The cabinets are easy enough to assemble and the installation went well. The overall appearance is good, but compared to the two Ikea kitchens I've installed in the past you can feel the difference in the operation of the doors and drawers. Overall we are pleased with "Enhet" but would use the "Sektion" system whenever possible.4
