Faulty, disappointingJessicaWe received this unit, it was very confusing to assemble. One of the sides of the tv bench broke during assembly. One set of the soft close drawers did not line up properly, no matter what we did. I watched many youtube videos to try and fix it, it just would not line up or stay in place no matter what we did. we could not use the unit as intended and kept absolutely nothing in the drawers. Now one of the drawer fronts is falling off. I am in the process of scheduling a pick up of the broken TV bench and reordering a new one. I am also going to try and pay for assembly since it was so difficult! If using on carpet I would also suggest buying feet for the unit so that the drawers do not drag on the ground.1
