How we respect your privacy

Our approach at IKEA of Sweden AB (IKEA) is to be as open and transparent as possible about how we collect and use your personal information.

IKEA does not collect or process any of your personal information when you use the IKEA Safer Home application (the “App”).  When using the App, you will have the option to create a user profile, and to enter other information into the App.  You will also have the option to create basic profiles of your children by entering their names (actual name or alias of your choice) and ages. This allows the App to provide you with specific home safety information relevant to the ages of your children.  However, none of the profile information or other information you enter into the App is collected or stored by IKEA and is only stored locally on your mobile device.  We do not track or otherwise receive any information from your use of the App or from your device.
