Option 4: Plan your PAX wardrobe using our step-by-step guide

Want to create a personalised PAX wardrobe from scratch?
Follow this six-step guide to build your PAX wardrobe system:

Step 1:
Choose your frames

Consider how much space you have available in your room. It's important to know the maximum height and width of your new wardrobe.

Here's what to keep in mind when choosing your frames:

  • You can choose the colour of the frame.
    • White
    • White stained oak effect
  • Select the number of frames. You can choose one or more frames and combine different frame sizes.

PAX frames for hinged doors:

  • Available width: 50 cm or 100 cm
  • Available depth: 35 cm or 58 cm
  • Available height: 201 cm or 236 cm

PAX frames for sliding doors:

  • Available width: 150 cm (2x75 cm) or 200 cm (2x100 cm)
  • Available depth: 35 cm or 58 cm
  • Available height: 201 cm or 236 cm

Step 2:
Pick your doors

You can choose to skip this step if you want to have a walk-in or reach-in wardrobe.

PAX doors with hinges:

  • Provide easy access to every part of your wardrobe
  • Are available in different colours
  • Are available for 50 cm and 100 cm wide frames only
  • May require multiple doors on each frame:
    • For a 50 cm frame, you need to purchase one door
    • For a 100 cm frame, you need two doors
  • Handles and knobs are sold separately except where noted

PAX sliding doors:

  • Don’t require as much space as hinged doors
  • Are available in different colours
  • Are sold in pairs
  • You can add a KOMPLEMENT soft closing device that catches the running doors so that they close gently and silently.
  • You can also design your own sliding doors:
    • Choose one frame in either black, white or aluminium
    • Choose two packages of panels for each sliding door combination.
    • Each package comes with 4 panels

Step 3:
Pick door handles for hinged doors

If you chose a hinged door in the previous step, you will need to purchase handles or knobs.

We offer a wide selection of knobs and handles for hinged doors to help enhance the style of your wardrobe.

Step 4:
Add interior organisers

Create a more organised wardrobe by adding KOMPLEMENT interior organisers.

Start by thinking about what you have. Do you have many shoes? Do you have a lot of accessories such as jewellery, scarves, and belts?

Step 5:
Add lighting

The morning rush is a lot easier when you can see where all your clothes are.

Our wardrobe lighting allows you to see everything inside your wardrobe, so nothing gets lost at the back.

Step 6:
Accessorise — add final touches

Now it’s time to add the finishing touches to your PAX wardrobe. In our wide range of accessories, you can choose between storage boxes, baskets, and inserts to complete your new wardrobe.
