Product details

When seasoned properly, the carbon steel pan develops a dark non-stick surface, making it great for cooking tasty food without sticking. And it only gets better the more the pan is used.

Works well on all types of hobs, including induction hob.

Can also be used in the oven since it is made entirely of metal.

Made from carbon steel, which spreads heat evenly, keeps the pan warm for a long time, and gives food an even browning.

The dark-grey sloping handle provides good balance when lifting and moving the frying pan.

The design of the handles reduces heat transfer.

You can use all types of utensils when cooking in the frying pans, including metal utensils.

15 year guarantee. Read about the terms in the guarantee brochure.

Rust appeared after just a few days of useHuyI bought this pan on Saturday and used it only a couple of times, but it already developed rust and stains even though I washed and dried it properly after each use. The surface looks very uneven and discolored, which makes it hard to cook and clean. I expected better quality from IKEA, especially for a pan that’s supposed to be durable. Very disappointed with this purchase.1
Bad qualityTabeaI actually will come back with it and complain about this product . Used it twice and frying pan is stained . Looks very unhygienic and old . For that price they should hold up the looks much better1
Hard to use - wouldnt recommend to anyoneXuan LoiI bought and followed instructions closely to season - house was full of smoke for an hour at least. It was beautifully charcoal black after seasoning and a few uses after that was good. But after some more uses, the coating flaked off/peeled off and it starting sticking to food. So I had to scrub them off to start reseasoning - but it was damage easily and started to rust off. Now it has to go straight to the bin. A product that started like a strong one now in the bin. Would like to try using another one to see where I went wrong with it but honestly $29 wasted doesnt sound good. 2
RustyLucyThis product went rusty within a week of use. Would not recommend.1
Ridiculous valueMaxA solid 2.1kg carbon steel pan for $39? I don't know how they can do this. Works really well, although the handle could be lower. But at this price, who could complain about anything. Pro tip: Don't follow IKEA's instructions on seasoning it at 150°. I did it at 250° and the paint on the handle was fine. Best to finish it on a gas burner, though.5
Carbon steelCtStill greasy oil in the fry pan. Good but can be much better.3
