Waste of moneyPeterBought this because I wanted something solid and quality, but I didnt get that. Lots of cheap plastic fasteners, poor tolerances, sloppy alignment, etc. The majority of predrlled holes were 0.5 to 1 mm out of alignment. Very poor instructions on how to install drawers. Got one drawer in - eventually, Other drawer broke literally as I trying to get it installed. The drawer rails appear firm and strong- just can't connect them to the drawers and there are no instructions or suggestions on how do it. Save your money, buy something else.1
A great solid chest of drawersLeahWe have multiple Nordli units in our home. They are solid and have good quality drawer runner hardware.
Because the instructions are for the various configurations it does take a little time to work out which instructions apply to your particular item.5
Average qualityNatashaThe modular design is suitable, however the quality of the timber and hardware, especially the plastic locking screw cam are very average. They break. I would like to see extra hardware included to account for breakages or steel instead of plastic.3
MansourYousriaGood design easy to assemble,I’m happy and I do recommend this product to family and friends.5
Don’t botherBernadinea waste of your money and these materials end up in land fill. The drawer runners are basically nonexistent. particle board began to shread into bits within 12 months of using. And because of the materials unable to fix them. If IKEA are sincere about being environmentally responsible they need to show it by constructing items that now only last beyond 12 x months but can be maintained and fixed1
A very versatile unit allowingTroyA very versatile unit allowing you to build up on it to suit your space5
The face of the drawersMichaelThe face of the drawers was damaged as we were we tightening the screws,

Perfect size for bottom of WIRVanenaI bought two of these so that I could have a drawer option in my WIR and so that my hung clothes wouldn’t sit/and fold on the top. Husband put it together and no issues there (he’s put a lot of flat packs in our time!) and just really like the look of the drawers and was an inexpensive way to add space to our WIR and look modern.5
Looks great, easy to asemble.AnonymousVery happy with the lot as i can put 3 lots together into 1 underbench cabinet. Looks nice.5

Sturdy and looks greatPaulaBought this a few weeks ago and it’s been excellent. We put it together as a storage system and it holds so much! Super study and the drawer runner haven’t missed a beat even with young kids opening and closing them all day.5
PatinaFits exactly where I wanted it5
Looks goodCyraineBought this unit with several other Nordli modules and had them professionally installed through IKEA. I wouldn’t have attempted it as it was time consuming. I am extremely happy with the finish product give us lots of extra storage as we had recently downsized and definitely needed it ,5
Instructions can be a little vagueChrisThese weren't difficult to put together. Some of the drawer edges were sharp. Installing drawers for one person was extremely difficult .4
Looks ok but poor construction and assemblyKateVery difficult to put together, even with two people. Got two, of the same. Did exact same for both, one did not fit together properly. draw just out and will not close properly. Tried to reconstruct a second time and again same result.2
High quality modular productMitchellBuilt a 4 drawer set (two x 2 drawers) for new baby's room. Looks good and nice big drawers.5
Dimensions have changed!FabijanI have been buying and expanding my Nordli drawers for a few years now. I have probably over 30 drawers in different configurations in the house. Being “Modular” the benefit is meant to be that you can keep expanding and changing your set up over the years as your needs change. Well wasn’t I surprised on my recent visit when I purchased a few new drawers to add to an existing cabinet in the bedroom. Everything was going along fine with the assembly until I took apart the top of the existing drawers and went to add a new drawer on top. Well it didn’t fit at all. The dimensions have changed and the new drawers are way deeper. This means I can no longer expand the Nordli drawers in my house as the product has been updated and does not fit existing systems. Dear Ikea: if you are going to make drastic changes to “modular” systems, when an upgrade comes out that is no longer compatible. Why not change the name of the product? Why not make it clear on your website that the dimensions have changed? Why call it modular in the first place? I am now stuck with 30 drawers that I can no longer upgrade. Yet your advertising for this product clearly states that you can expand over the years as your needs change? If this isn’t false advertising then what is? I have now returned the new drawers as I have no use for them. As for the existing system, I am now stuck with what I have. Let’s hope one of the drawers doesn’t break. Because if it does I can’t simply go into Ikea and buy a new Nordli drawer. having spent tens of thousands of the years at your store, this is pretty disappointing and will really make me think twice before I ever commit to one of your modular systems again.1
