excellent TableRodThis is a table that is made for small areas and still have seating for 6 when needed
The worst thing to come out of IKEA IsabellaThe table calls for a hammer and two screwdrivers, but what you’ll actually need is a hammer, two screwdrivers, and the might of god to assemble this item. Also a power drill! Every single hole is too small and my hands were shaking by the time I called it quits. The pieces need to fit together very snugly, and half the screws would screw in no more than half way. Realising I needed a power drill sucked because I didn’t own one, and as I just spent $300 on a table I didn’t have the money to get one! Luckily I have a friend who will try and help me salvage this with a power drill, but I don’t understand how this can pass to a customer. I live on the third floor and after lugging this insanely heavy item up to my home only to then struggle for 2 hours with screws for $300 I’m really displeased.

Norden Gate Leg TableSuzanneVery happy with my Norden Gate Leg table made of birch which I bought as a sewing machine table for my very heavy cast iron sewing machine which I have had for many years. The table is strong, well made and looks great.
Solid table that is versatileCraigI recently purchased this table to use for my home office and to double as a craft table. I had researched and felt that it was a good option for working and for saving space. It is very solid which is great, but also means it is quite heavy. But it will be perfect for the sewing machine, printer and other things. We aim to put some caster wheels on it to make it easier to move around. It also needs some felt pads under the leaves to soften the noise when you put them down and they touch the side of the drawers. The drawers can get a little stuck but that's manageable. Overall we are really happy with the table and can see it getting lots of use in the future.

All purpose table MelissaHusband had been wanting this for ages. Has just built it today. Updating and repurposing our study. Added our 3rd Billy bookcase with bottom half cupboards. The middle one has glass doors. Have also added the cd shelves to either end… we have finally completed our full wall unit! The Norden table completes the room as a laptop desk and board game table.

Excellent table with multi uses.JillThis purchase was our third Norden table. The first my clever husband added wheels to which made it high enough and portable for me to use as a sewing/craft table. The second was for my sister who loved the modification. The third one we are now using for a dining table in our apartment. Drawers are an added bonus for this strong and very sturdy table.

Sturdy Multipurpose TableAllanI bought this table to used as a dining table. The assembly of this table is pretty easy. The table is very sturdy and solid. Love the design that it can be compacted for a 2 seater or can become a 4-6 seater table with simply pulling out the support. The table support also is in the right position not to block the leg room while seating on it. The drawers in the middle is also a good design so you can put some cutlery or table napkins (additional storage is always good). This table is a space saver for a small apartment that can be used in multiple purpose. Good for crafting table too.
Built like a TankMarcI had a previous conception that Ikea furniture was flimsy junk as I have seen so much in hard rubbish, but this table is surprisingly over engineered. Standard timber sheets are 16-19mm but this is 25mm thick! Too much and too heavy for what it is, considering it's also hardwood and not pine, but better than chipboard or MDF. Ignore the other reviewers having issues putting it together, you need an impact driver or power drill as the components are sturdy and built to survive a bomb blast. Birch is a hardwood and it would be very tough going if not impossible to screw the screws in by hand. I have mixed feelings, on the one hand it looks good and is very robust but on the other hand, too thick and heavy. If you are not strong you will need 2 people to carry the 2 boxes and move it around to assemble. I'm giving less stars for this reason.
